Description of the bug

It looks like there are no new builds of http://arneis.readthedocs.io/ since about 20 hours

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a feature branch on https://github.com/B-AROL-O/ARNEIS
2. Introduce a small change under /docs
3. Commit the branch and create a Pull Request
4. Watch https://readthedocs.org/projects/arneis/builds/

Expected result

The Pull Request will trigger a build

Actual result

Nothing happens

Not quite true. The build of https://github.com/B-AROL-O/ARNEIS/pull/248 was eventually completed successfully

Let us keep this issue active for another couple of days to see whether the problem persists.

Based on https://github.com/B-AROL-O/ARNEIS/pull/264#issuecomment-1074218327 the issue is no longer reproducible.
