[FEAT]: Update home page at arneis.rtd.io #356

As soon as #353 and #355 are merged we should update the Landing Page at https://arneis.readthedocs.io/ accordingly:

[x] Change intro to "The ARNEIS (...) project is the winner of the Popular Vote of the OpenCV Spatial AI Contest sponsored by Intel® and Microsoft Azure."
[x] Embed video recording of the B-AROL-O Team interview at the 2023-06-17 MS AI Show
[x] ...
