As a Learner I want to create a new Roadmap so that I can have a learning direction ​

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Clicking on the Create Roadmap Button opens a Form
• [ ] The Form should be scrollable if needed
• [ ] Title & Topic length is limited
• [ ] Used Characters are displayed
• [ ] Topic Input Number goes up sequentially
• [ ] Add Topic Button adds new Input Field with correct Number
• [ ] Submit Button creates Roadmap and displays it on Roadmap Site with correct content and color
• [ ] Cancel Button closes Form without submitting
• [ ] On clicking the color Input, a color pallete ist shown
• [ ] Clicking outside of the Form also closes Form
• [ ] It is possible to delete a Roadmap ​
