IndexError #191

Hello everybody!

I used the cgMLST scheme available at https://www.cgmlst.org/ncs with Chewie, but when trying to run it with my .fas files I receive the following error message: "IndexError: list index out of range".

Can you help me?

Hello @kayobianco!

Thank you for your interest in chewBBACA. The link you have shared leads to the complete list of schemas. What was the schema that you have used? Also, any external schema must be adapted with the PrepExternalSchema module before it can be used with chewBBACA. We recommend using that module and the latest chewBBACA version, v3.3.1, to adapt external schemas. To better understand the issue, please share the command you used and what was printed to the stdout. Hoping to hear from you soon.
