I made almost all visible icons replaced with icons from Windows 7

Some comments:

can you remove the icons.tar.gz and add a link to the source in the README instead?
can you remove the following line from the README and add your name or Github username to the credits list instead? For example:

Credits:
- https://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Win2-7+Pack?content=113264
- Xopek-Endurance (added symbolic icons for newer Cinnamon versions)
