Install fails in FerenOS #5

I'm trying to set this as the GTK Theme in Feren OS as seen here (https://dot.kde.org/2020/01/08/plasma-safe-haven-windows-7-refugees). I've downloaded the tar.gz from this site and attempted to install from file in the System Settings app. However, every time I do so, the app says that the file is not a valid theme to be installed. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a location I can unzip these files to directly to bypass this issue? Thanks!
