Move Cinn7 to this repository #26

This means that the Cinn7 theme is more frequently updated if this is Merged @Elbullazul

so @feren the vista theme gets what changes again? the panel is transparent by default but has 0 alpha when maximized?

also, ok about cinn7. should we rename the whole theme like that?

also, do you want the grey vista merged too?

  1. Yeah, but the catch is that you need to get and enable the extension 'Transparent Panels', and set it to 'Defined by theme'
  2. It's already renamed in this pull request
  3. Nah, the other one isn't worth merging given it's the exact same thing that's also in this Pull
