The text color in the panel is white - the return #10

Hello,

I'm having exactly the same problem as this person : https://github.com/B00merang-Project/Windows-95/issues/2 (same as on his screenshot)

I'm using Cinammon 5.2.7, on Linux Mint 20.3.

I tried with both the "Stable release" from June 21, 2019, as well as with the current master, and I'm having the problem in both.

Is there any regression, maybe ?

I actually figured it out, here's the fix :-)
