Change is to address the issue (#12) where going from Cinnamon in Mint 19.1 to 19.2 the app icon that is used as the menu icon in the titlebar is no longer displayed. Solution is to use an image as is done in MintX and MintY. Specifically, I used the icon from MintX as it was clearer. and used Pix to create a variety of light/dark to used for focused/unfocused/highlight, depending on needs of each theme.
Changes involve three .PNG files added to the metacity-1 folder of every theme (some differences between theme re 3 images), and corresponding changes to certain frame_geometry tags (normal/maximized, focused/unfocused) in the metacity-theme-3.xml of each theme. (Certain themes also have left/right tiled frame_geometry tags which I edited -- I think Royale, and maybe Luna).
Note that change targets Cinnamon and this menu button image will only be visible if user goes to System Setting | Windows dialog | Titlebar tab | Buttons section | left/right title bar buttons, and selects 'Menu'.
