Default notifications are white and buttons. #80

Notifications theme doesn't show up in settings and even though that is that way the default notifications should pull colors from the theme but instead it pulls white notifications with this theme applied. First screen shot is this theme with default notifications. Just want to say this. No one is adding the actual notification themes anymore I guess because the notification windows pulls colors from the theme but the other themes do have a file called xfce-notify.rc in the gtk2 folder. Now for some reason with your theme they are white. screenshot_2019-02-20_10-13-54 This is from a theme with only the xfce-notify.rc in the gtk2 folder. No folder is present. Only other thing I see is these buttons I think should only be black if they are selected. screenshot_2019-02-20_10-08-05

It appears notifications are themed by GTK3 rules. d884243 and e9e74262aa4b6bf6788f1f5a9d9dc479d2616ff9 fix this
