Sidebar Menu Icons #18

The Sidebar panel menu has lost its icons, and I have no idea why, ::Before appears to no longer work, the panel items IDs are correct but my CSS is nowhere to be found in Browser Toolbox. Any ideas anyone?

Fixed by adding !important, thanks @Speravir.
