Pretty much complete. Needs a bit of polishing and testing.

Notable features for this version:

Sample previewing.
Slight UI/UX overhaul.
Faster ripping.
More themes (High contrast, Ferra).
Exportable build information.
Embedded manual.
Font fallback.
Fixed Impulse Tracker decompression errors.
Open destination folder after ripping.
