Instead of needing to teach a pokemon an HM move, once the trainer has the HM and the badge to use the move, all pokemon that can learn it are able to use it in the overworked.
This removed needing an HM slave, as you won't need to replace a move with the HM move. This separates battle moves from overworked moves.
