Unable to install requirements file on Windows 11 #141

I recently installed windows 11 and install the latest version of Python . On running the requirements command I am getting multiple errors.I reinstall Python but still getting the same errors every time.I think it's an issue of comptability.

Issue solved by earlier version pf Python.The latest version is giving a problem.
