Point 4 states that the product should work reliably on normal operation which is a little obvious and unnecessary to be placed here.

Thank you for your response. However, we included that statement to cover all our bases. If for example a user's app keeps crashing, this would help let them know that it is an issue with their own laptop or device, and not our app.
