Move Maria DB from Raspberry PI to the cloud or separate Linux box. #72

Currently only keeping 20 days of data due to Raspberry PI limitations . For future AI work, need to keep ALL data collected from all sensors.

So need DB that does not need to be purged..

  1. Create Maria DB on AWS and point HA to it.
