Closing this pull request since this section of code will either change or be removed due to the new direction FlowLib is going. FlowLib will focus on using the features and toolkit already provided by NiFi. In addition, the YAML written will be converted to a NiFi compatible JSON or XML file instead of trying to re-invent what NiFi already does.
