[client] Provide option to add custom game launch arguments #11

Since players currently must start the game via the launcher, a simple text field to specify custom launch arguments would be quite helpful. For example to specify window resolution and position.

Maybe the field should not be immediately visible as it would be aimed at somewhat advanced users.
