Make separate About page #1

Currently, we have a brief "About Us" section on the home page. We should have separate pages for each of us, that goes more in depth. For example, I will add my degrees and @SonjaBarton should add any certificates. We should both list our strengths and weaknesses and really delve into who we are.

One combined page is fine, too, and is where we should put the "Passion led us here" graphic.
