missing xhr.setRequestHeader(header, iui.httpHeaders[header]); #196

line 136, 137 look like:

            xhr.setRequestHeader("Content-Type",
"application/x-www-form-urlencoded");
            data = iui.param(args);

they should be:

            xhr.setRequestHeader("Content-Type",
"application/x-www-form-urlencoded");
            xhr.setRequestHeader(header, iui.httpHeaders[header]);
            data = iui.param(args);

I'm not sure which version of iUI you're referencing, but I assume it is 
0.40-dev1.  If so, shouldn't the loop on 
lines 139-142 add the header(s) via xhr. setRequestHeader() ?
