CLIQ doesn't encrypt proxy password

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit CLIq.properties file with proxy credentials
2. Use the GUI to produce bat files
3. Open process-conf.xml -  Proxy password is as entered in the cliq.properties 
file i.e. not encrypted

What is the expected output? password in the process-conf.xml should be 
encrypted 

What do you see instead? Proxy password is as entered in the cliq.properties 
file i.e. not encrypted

What version of the product are you using? 2.2.0 cliq & Data Loader 25.0.2 On 
what operating system? Windows XP Professional
