l4d_maxplayers x results in error on client connect #8

Having l4d_maxplayers set to any value other than -1 in server.cfg results in 
the following error when a client tries to connect: 
"#Valve_Reject_Server_Full". So no one can actually connect to the server. This 
is directly related to left4downtown2 since it works fine if I disable the 
extension. The solution for end users is simply to remove the l4d_maxplayers 
cvar from server.cfg or set it to -1, but it took me awhile to figure out that 
it was this setting that was causing this. 

I'm using the confogl 2.2.2 RC package wich means I use L4Downtown2 0.5.2.0 on 
a linux server. I'm running the latest stable releases of SM and MM (SM 1.3.6 
and MM 1.8.4).
