[LEFT4DOWNTOWN] Detour -- Could not find 'GetDifficulty' signature #9

I am getting this error in our log files:
"[LEFT4DOWNTOWN] Detour -- Could not find 'GetDifficulty' signature"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the Left For Downtown 2 Extension on Server 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.2.3 Windows version from AlliedModders.

L4D_OnGetDifficulty() has been removed in favor of 
L4D_OnHasConfigurableDifficulty(), which allows z_difficulty to be used 
directly, rather than needing to override GetDifficulty().

Update your binary for left4downtown.
