Added Dockerfile with instructions #110

Added Dockerfile for ease of use with Docker.

  1. Do you have a test UUID that I can use? Or at least post the error I'm looking for if I use an invalid UUID? Its difficult to debug without having all the pieces 2 & 3. 100% agree. I didn't want to do anything in your org's name since I'm currently not a part of it. You can go to docker.com and create one in your org's name. Then you can build or pull the image, retag it, and push it to hub.docker.io. I'd be happy to help you with that.

I'm going to close this as we don't have a need for dockerizing our python client or notebooks.
