The close approach distance in the example notebook is not clear #141

It's not clear what the close approach distance is in the example notebook (todo: link the notebook here). It seems to be the distance from the surface of the earth, but in actuality it's the distance from the center of the earth. We should clarify in the notebook.

The following clarifications will be made:

[x] ADAM Python client: stopOnImpactDistanceMeters -> stopOnImpactAltitudeMeters (i.e. the distance from Earth's surface)
[x] Jupyter notebooks that use this parameter
[x] ADAM API: stopOnImpactDistanceMeters -> stopOnImpactAltitudeMeters
[x] ADAM web GUI that uses API
