Job filter examples and bugfix for date parse error

• Moved the job_object_from_dictionary() method to the Job class since the functionality is related to the Job object
• Parsing an empty string using dateparser.parse() would raise a datetime.parse.ParseError, so also catch that error with the KeyError
• Add a simple notebook demonstrating job filtering
• Regenerate docs
