Adding parameters for stopping conditions #50

I also added ECEF and ECI to the Reference frames in the OdmCommonMetadata class, but I don't know if that's the right place to be adding them. I noticed that the ODM specification doesn't seem to have anything for ECEF or ECI... so not sure if this is correct.
