HDF5 NSC files could contain an obscode, which would mean we don't need to derive them from the exposure ID. We should modify the HDF catalogs on Epyc to include obscode, and then change https://github.com/B612-Asteroid-Institute/precovery/blob/71bc14033cc856041462d97dee5fb891fab77ec1/precovery/sourcecatalog.py#L134 to use the new column.
