Q1 : File import : Found error that not support Thai Language as picture #75. Q2 : Error when import file "You don't have write privileges to the following fields that have data quality rule associations" as picture #75. Q3: For case updates via file import, can users prepare a file with only the attributes they want to update? Q4: Does the import file function support both Excel and CSV files? (User have to convert as UTF-8 before importing ?)

15-May:Bannaporn: Save file with CSV-UTF8 will show thai language. 16-May-24:LW:Q3:User need to prepare the attributes with plant code and the CSV file should contain all attribute's values. If only few attributes are imported, the other attributes will be loaded as null. Q4:No, the import function only support CSV file and to get thai values in correct format in CSV file,the needed steps needs to be taken. Q2:Issue sorted but failing in transform layer, for this raised a case with infa Case Note:This is a privilege restriction for the users. As per the PTG requirement Data approver can have a permission to edit specific attributes only. That's the reason user unable to do file import in UI. LW Suggestion: If we gave edit privileges for all the plant attributes for the data approver role, they can able to do file import in UI. 17-May: LW:We got the solution from infa for this issue,from our end we have checked the file import it was working fine. We shared the Infa response regarding the dependency which we have from PTG end (Seeking Edit privilege for the DQ rule applied Attribuites). Please do recheck and confirm the defect status. FYI : File import access only granted for the user who is having Data Approver Role.
23-May-24:LW:Problem Statement from Informatica : The user was unable to do a file import in Multidomain UI due to a lack of write privileges for certain fields associated with DQ rules. The user was unable to see the imported record in UI after loading it. 29-May-24:LW:Infa case sorted out. AS per PTG request we have given the file import access for both data Steward and Data Approver.please do retest and confirm
