Prerequisites

[x] I have written a descriptive issue title
[x] I have verified that I am running the latest version of DisposableFixer: YOUR_VERSION
[x] I have searched open and closed issues to ensure it has not already been reported

Description

The project should implement the rules defined by F5-manifesto:

[x] no dependencies on third party tools
[ ] automatically install/download all dependencies - use a build script
[x] write a ton of unit test
[x] only NuGet dependencies

Furthermore there should be:

[ ] some kind of documentation
[ ] a link to F5 manifesto
[x] a link Visual Studio Gallery with downloadable product
