I added a .gitignore file and did some cleaning. #14

I remove files that are created when the package is build/run :
- build
- dist
- __pycache__
- egg-info
The .gitignore file i added comes from https://www.toptal.com/developers/gitignore
- It's the classic .gitignore file for python project
