Is too big.

Things that can easily be split off within ingestSip:

checking for subdirectories (this will be changed soon anyway when I get around to handling DPX input)
get rid of all the interactive mode BS
checking required vars
setting some vars: canonicalname
creating pbcore for ingest

Other functions in ingestSip that can go to pyymFunctions:

the file movement/arrangement stuff
file check stuff?
maybe a lot.
