The "subheader" functions differently across pages -- sometimes it's breadcrumb-ish, sometimes it's a description of the content on the current page. I think coming up with a consistent paradigm here would be helpful.
The same blue color is used for clickable/tappable links and other text (in the subheader). We should avoid using this color for non-interactive elements.
Many tappable elements are a bit small on mobile. There's a tough tradeoff between information density and reasonable hit targets; I think it's worth an audit on all the screens.
The buttons to control datatables don't fit the other bootstrap styling very nicely
The datatables "more" button's modal backdrop (with the circular gradient) is kind of ugly
This needs some serious thought on how best to improve the UX experience
