Currently, all cert info is self-reported. If someone makes a data entry mistake with the expiration, the system might believe they have a current cert when they do not. This is particularly important with our required medical & CPR certs.
Having some audit process where someone (the secretary) checks the expiration date against the uploaded documentation every time a medical or CPR cert is edited could improve our confidence in the system.
