How to deal with material constants #4

my model uses some constants, which are right now defined in the parent classes of experiment or material problem Jörg suggested a separate file that can be imported, I guess the import should then again be in the parent class of experiment and the material problem I see difficulties with these constants when thinking about units, as for different application these constants might have to be converted.
