This PR adds several new functionalities oriented to the reutilization of measurements and sensor data. The main new functionalities are:

Generation of a metadata JSON file with the information of each sensor present in a material problem.
Implementation of a JSON schema to validate sensor metadata against.
Functionality to rebuild sensors from metadata and add them to a different problem.

There are several points open to discussion, so I would welcome ideas/suggestions

@danielandresarcones: please check if all files you have committed are correct. The pull request includes 85 changed files, where many appear to be empty. Is this intended?

It seems to be a known bug from Github's UX that happened when I moved my local repository from one drive to another with different permissions. It should only be visual and not have any effect.

Edit: I am looking into reverting the changes to permissions just in case. They were done automatically when saving a copy of the repository in my folder of the group drive and then commiting that one.
