Reference for raw data files #135

To have a general class for raw data files in the ontology(raw data files, metadata, processedFiles):

As I opened CPTO in Protégé, there is already existing one Class: RawDataSet

-Will the new class "RawDataFile" with properties (server, permID, filename) be a subClass of "RawDataSet" from CPTO ontology? -Should this "RawDataFile" class be related to OpenBis?

As we are not working on CPTO anymore and Mattheo already splitted the CPTO into separate Ontologies: (https://github.com/BAMresearch/LebeDigital/tree/119-updating-ontologies/lebedigital/ConcreteOntology)

I added an additional Class "RawDataFile" with the subclass "OpenBIS(Raw)DataFile", that provides the relevant information (server, permID, filename), to E-Module Ontology for now: (url)

@joergfunger is that ok?
