Here the issue #5 and #4 are solved and implemented. Additionally a very simple and error prone batch processing file was added to the example directory. Feel free to exclude whatever you don't deem to fit.

This should be solved now by commit 8f1b292 Please check if the changes fix the original problem. Closing this pull request as it got outdated in the mean time - sorry for the delay!
