Fix 29/remove mshr #30

Hi, this PR fixes issue #29 by removing mshr as a dependency. Instead I created a mesh of the plate with hole with gmsh and just put the mesh files in test. I could also add the script that creates the mesh if you like, but it is actually not needed here.

Since we want to move to fenicsx in the future, I don't think that mshr is needed anymore.

Concerning the mesh from gmsh: I would also just upload the mesh file instead of the generator script. Otherwise, we would need another dependency for this package in order to run all examples.
