Since our interface takes the gradient of the deformation increment, we could/should have
[x] A function strain_from_grad_u(grad_u, constraint) (it does not matter if we are dealing with increments or full strains) to get all strains for people who want to implement everything in pure python
[x] ufl functions for the determination of mandel strains under different constraints
