simple viscoelastic material law (3 parameter model) implemented and tested via uniaxial relaxation test against analytical solution

springkelvin: spring plus kelvin body in row
springmaxwell: spring and maxwell body in parallel
implemented for 1D (uniaxial stress), 2D (plane stress, plane strain) and 3D based on deviatoric assumption for visco strain
