For those that do not have an NDA account, the NIMH has implemented a procedure here that will allow you to get access to the NDA for 30 days. You can't use this to download data with this permission but you'll be able to access data to integrate software/pipelines related to the sprint. All we need is an email sent to ndahelp@mail.nih.gov including the sample text below.

Summary data, including our data dictionary, is open access. However, subject level data is restricted use. To gain access, you'll need to complete our data access agreement, which requires institutional sponsorship or request informatics access as defined below.
