Additional labware options and thermocycler status after clip reaction

Hello Geoff,

Here is a pull request that brings several new features:

• refines the plate labels, both within the GUI interface, within the configuration file (dnabot/default_settings.yaml by default), and within the scripts. The default behavour corresponds to the settings used at Imperial College.
• adds an option to keep the sample at 4°C within the thermocycler at the end of the clip reaction script.
• outputs an additional metainformation file named constructs_deck.md that summarizes the labwares to be used for each template and their position on the deck (for an example of such file, see tests/outputs/metainformation/constructs_deck.md
• improves the GUI layout
