Installation Problem..cannot upgrade

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Executing the Pro-B10 installer.
2. After completing installation, when it reboots it just freezes and shutdown 
itself.
3. And when i turn it on to know if the upgrading is successfull, the version 
of my PSP didn't change.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The PRO-B10 must be installed but then my PSP's firmware still remains to 
"version 6.60."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating 
system?PSP-1002(Phat)-windows 7:ultimate

Please provide any additional information below.
as i mentioned earlier, the installation never succeeded for my psp just turn 
of it self instead of rebooting after the PRO-B10 installation.

Did you disable your VSH Plugins ?

problem solve. I've deleted the plugins then start installer. Works fine from 
now. :D
