PSN PSX will not run give errors #534

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. PRO-C2 only
2. PSN PSX games boot gives error
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should work

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PRO-C2 on PSP 2G and 3g 6.60 6.20 respectively 

Please provide any additional information below.

Yeah there have been multiple reports about this one (including here) just 
stick with 6.60 PRO-C Fix 3 "PRO-C2" isn't worth it.

Loading Saga Frontier on PRO Nightly (from last week) on a PSP 2003, the game 
loads, the health screen comes up, then it goes black, and nothing else happens.
