Remove project dependencies on any Baxter private resources #7

Currently the project still uses private baxter resources that cannot be resolved by community. These are parent pom, project configurations etc.

Those resources which cannot be opened now should be replaced by appropriate inline content.

the project is now compilable in outside. no private baxter resources are needed to build the project.
