Why you would like to see this resolved, what does it enhance / bring to the table? It's common for climb type servers to allow players to enter noclip once they've beaten the map(or sometimes before and just stopping their timer) so they can easily navigate to a place they'd like to practice.

/freespec functionality for climb would be a nice feature.
