Describe the bug: The feature is enabled & I still encounter prespeed clamping at spawn. Basically identical behavior if I have disable prespeed clamping on or off.

Due to how Tendies has been modified recently these aren't prespeed clamps but generic clamps. At this time there's no plans to change this.
