Enabling/Disabling of automatic trim for Windows Store applications is needed. #946

Windows Store application can encounter issue with automatic trim behaviors 
when rendering using multiple threads.  Today, in ANGLE, Trim is being called 
automatically when a Windows Store application is suspended.  This may not be 
desirable by the application and can cause crashes.
