add missing links #166

Github BE starts a download of something so its not a link. The github links should be: GitHub UI, Github Application and both can have the same icon. The swagger documentation should be dynamicaly routed to host: e.g. localhost:8081/api/swagger-ui/index.html . There should also be a link to our access policy https://www.bbmri-eric.eu/wp-content/uploads/AoM_10_8_Access-Policy_FINAL_EU.pdf
